NOGUCHI DEVELOPMENT

Noguchi Development is locally owned and has been providing composite built homes to Hawaii for many years. Custom built homes utilizing modern composite technologies was our focus. Boasting fire, earthquake, hurricane, and termite resistance with a high energy efficieny rating, it was not a difficult choice to make in regards to choosing such technology to deploy in Hawaii. The modern composite building system proved ideal for the Hawaiian environment.

However, always keeping an eye open for better ways of doing things and confronted with the growing affordability issues in Hawaii, Noguchi Development shall now shift our focus to a new upcoming home offering that retains many of the benefits of the composite homes we built in the past, while adding additonal benefits that make its future deployment essential. We are excited to begin to offer these new home offerings to Hawaii.
